Returns and Replacements Policy:
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, please contact our customer service team immediately upon receipt of the item. We would ask the consumer to share some valid proof if they want a replacement. Fold2Hold has the right to refuse the replacement. The customer needs to inform the issue within 24hrs of delivery via E-Mail or WhatsApp.
Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to request a cancellation. No cancellation on In-Transit Orders.
